decals: when joining garage while going to desktop, going back won't restore the decals #221

Describe the bug When joining the garage and going back to desktop in the same time, coming back in-game won't restore the decals so they won't be visible until we go to the Decals category.

Additional context The same restore function can be used for the garage.
