CTF: Rockets can be shot when Userpanel is open #247

Describe the bug When a Player opens Userpanel, he will be able to shoot rockets while browsing the panel.

To Reproduce

  1. Join CTF arena
  2. Press 'U'
  3. Press either LMB or Alt button
  4. Observe that rockets are being fired
