After completing a file, a new one is assigned already at 100%. #40

Hello,

after completing a refinement, if I press the share button I get this message in the console: navigator share not availabe, copy to clipboard!

then the reported behavior happens, in few seconds a new challenge is assigned, but already 100% completed: `In refining 165BB0:1BF6F4 (Moonbeam) in 60.6 milliseconds I have brought glory to the company. Praise Kier. 9️⃣8️⃣1️⃣1️⃣4️⃣ 7️⃣0️⃣5️⃣6️⃣0️⃣ 9️⃣6️⃣2️⃣1️⃣7️⃣ 5️⃣8️⃣5️⃣1️⃣7️⃣ 7️⃣9️⃣7️⃣3️⃣0️⃣

This is just a placeholder message b/c we didn't implement a sharing feature available on mobile devices just yet. It can be ignored.

It re-set back to 0% for me! Are you saying it's not letting you refine a new file?
