add const SizedBox.shrink() as default replacement
add preloadFlag abilities for a list (default flagsCode)
update exemple with preCache, no preCache and reset button
The precache ability is nice to have, otherwise a rapid scroll thru a list of flag may result of a flag being not shown.
You can test the behavior easily with the exemple.
