Suggestion about menu strings of "Use small KA and KE" in non-Japanese environment. #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open "Settings" -> "Time and Language" -> "Text Input" -> "Japanese 
Keyboard" settings
2. Tap "Japanese" menu 
3. You can find a parameter named "Use small KA and KE"  
(http://flic.kr/p/aK4myR)

I suggest strings "か" and "け" should be displayed instead of  "KA" and "KE" 
even if phone's language setting is not Japanese since they are specific 
Japanese character spelling rules.
