Hiding VKB by downward direction flick don't need anymore. #14

VKB gets invisible by flicking to downward direction. This gesture is the same 
as the one of inputting "オ" line, 
"お、こ、そ、と、の、ほ、も、よ、ろ、を". Users should not 
take care of length of movement of their finger, I think.

As tasku-san says, swipe-up gesture can replace this. I think flick-down 
gesture may be dropped.
