changable background color for JP and EN mode in qwerty mode #21

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in qwerty mode, it is a bit difficult to recognize current input mode, JP or 
EN, so if is possible to change background for them, it is easy to know the 
current mode.

JP/EN switch icon has been changed for each mode, so we don't need to change 
background color etc. It's useful enough.
