The administration section is lacking functionality. First goals should be to add user view and support logging in as user.

More goals: delete user, adjust credit form, rename user form, reset password form, etc.

Unmarking high priority.

Adjusting credit and resetting password are supported. Not sure how to support deleting users, if this is desired then can be added later, but disable works.
