it is an essential feature which admin be able to lock down placing order for a specific location in a backend for short temporary time, for example in a solusVM backend you may have some region and in a short period of time one of your location became sold out (lack of IP) there should be the availability to lock the order for this location for temporary time without any effect on existing VM (The same for Vultr Backend.)
