Can't use any items on the ground the first 5 min #1584

Describe the Bug

So everytime i enter the game, both singleplayer and multiplayer I can't open any doors, as they would immediately close themselves, can't use the bed, crafting station or pretty much any "usable" blocks. But after a couple of minutes the issue resolves and it is fine for the rest of my gametime. But as soon as i close minecraft and re open it the same problem occurs.

Reproduction Steps

1.Enter the game 2.Try opening a door or try any useable blocks like a crafting stations 3. ...
