Describe the Bug

Only the crabs from crabbers delight spawn instead of the ones from what are you voting for 2023 and they do not wave and thus do not provide the crab claw.

if mobs from what are you voting for 2023 are not spawning, you can try updating that mod to the latest version. if the issue persists or no update is available, then report it directly to the mod developer's discord/github
