Server issue showing im using third party account #1717

I'm trying to play with my friends on the server but when trying to join I'm met with a third-party account warning even though I have an Minecraft account and even if i put my server ip i cannot join

what does "third party account warning" mean? please just send a screenshot instead of describing the error
