Describe the Bug
When a block is being held with carryon and the player dies, their grave spawns but gets replaced immediately by carryon placing the carried block in the same spot.
Reproduction Steps
1.Item held in this case was the bottom block of Staff of Suppression 2.Cause your own death (fall damage was used) 3.Return to your grave (/back was used on multiplayer) 4.Grave is briefly visible but then replaced by the staff of suppression bottom block, without any items dropped. ...
