Farmland Stops Working

Describe the Bug

Harvesting crops sometimes causes surrounding crops to pop up from the ground and farmland is no longer able to be used. If holding crop, instead of planting, you proceed to eat it. Mining and replacing the dirt and tilling it doesn't fix the issue. Replacing the dirt, I had used Lush Farmland originally, with regular dirt and tilling it doesn't fix the issue. This only happens every now and then it seems, as it hasn't ever done anything like this before.

Reproduction Steps

1.Have Lush farmland surrounded by a waterlogged slab, with crops planted.

2. Harvest the crops with hands or tools with no extra farming enchants.
3. Crops should Pop up and leave some spaces of farmland unusable. However, as stated before, this only seems to happened every now and again. May have to harvest the crops several times before anything happens. ...

Can you reproduce this with several types of crops?

Yes, I've had this problem several different crops, including carrots, beetroots, asparagus, garlic, and even eggplant.

Just hopped on, and yes, this problem does still persist on v21.
