RPGEx Disabling Existing Level Ups on Spell Power #674

Describe the Bug

One of the new additions or changes to the RPG Mod made the Healing Power 0.0 indefinitely. I cannot increase it through putting points in. I attempted resetting skill points with an item and found no luck. Unless I didn't read something and Clerics don't use Healing power or something. The Holy Symbol from Spellblades and Such requires the stats for Healing Power. It doesn't do damage without the level ups. It's an unfortunate situation.

Reproduction Steps

I haven't a clue how this happened. Just that when I logged into the server I play on(Private Server). I didn't have any of my 14 levels take effect for the Holy Symbol damage scalar.

Hover the + on the levelup page to see the new stat bonuses for Healing Specialization. All damage boosts were changed to % based, this is an intended balance change.

The Holy Symbol in particular is balanced around other sources of flat addition of healing power being otherwise rare. With flat healing power easily available via stats it is ridiculously overpowered. The same is true of the Monkey King Staff from the same mod, for attack damage.

I would recommend making paladin/crusader armor and being on the lookout for relics that provide +healing power.
