Describe the Bug

Several things caught my attention in this modpack. ( please do keep in mind, that I’m an adventurer in this situation, not the server owner. Also, if I was not permitted to make a bug post like this, my apologies! )

Chorts and other creatures remain to spawn after placing a diamond/emerald torch inside a MineColony
If nighttime hits, bosses remain spawnable inside the claimed FTB chunks & MineColony
If having a waystone inside MineColony, a visual glitch could appear, causing citizens to uhm.. flashy movements? not sure how to properly explain this, but you could see it as a ghost that keeps glitching across the screen. Tping back and forward fixes this.
Chorts and other creatures spawn inside the mines, deep under, causing your worker to die, even if having a guard assigned to it.
You can use Carry On on MineColony NPC
Incoming raids can take away self-made bridges. Copper walls were missing a few times when a pirate ship would come saying hi. ( note: this bridge is outside FTB claimed grounds )
Simple Storage Network can eat your items if your server is having a hard time keeping up.
It's impossible to obtain a reset scroll for the passive skill tree.
Visitors that come to your Mine Colony could get stuck on themselves and if they die, you get negative results as your colony is deemed to be dangerous. ( killed by inwall. Unsure what an “inwall” is though. )
Missing Dark Oak Univesity from Mine Colonies
Background music gets cut in the middle from nowhere sometimes. ( like if it breaks or something )
Map seed Gen is terrible at the moment. Have seen a lot of dungeons sticking outside of mountains, floating houses just above the water. ( not from a sky village )
Trader Goblins does not like the cage spawner. Sometimes in odd moments, a naked goblin trader spawns outside the mob spawner.
Missing Texture when breaking a water lily if in shallow waters.
Missing Texture on several Traders in the JEI panel.
Missing Quest Item. Something related to redstone?
Lootr is not working as intended.
Elephant Trader keeps spawning and does not want to leave, even if the owner is killed.
Double chests and hoppers are not working as intended. It randomly skips half of the chest for some odd reason ( Reported already by another user )

I haz asked the server owner, and his response was the following.

No mods, but I did change it so that you keep your items on death, only 1 user needs to sleep & doMobGriefing is set on false. Also, PvP interactions are disabled.

FTBchunk claiming possible conflict with Minecolonies? ( recently discovered 30 frozen miners, hogging a single mining cave. All duped names, none of them are intractable. And this time, i made a screenshot! )
Sometimes, during booting the game to play the mod, it cannot reload textures in some odd situations. As a result, the main menu changes to Excalibur and joining a server becomes impossible.
If MineColony Becomes too big, one side won't work while the other side does work. ( not fully 100% sure, but I did noticed that workers started to work when I came close to them... )
GameSounds might break when too many sounds are passed through a single tunnel. ( The tech guys know what I mean with it ) This includes background music, event music and Ambient.
Waystone interactions and the item itself should not be placed inside a Minecolony. I now confirmed it that this causes the MineColony Characters can go into glitchy mode. This also includes the warp pads that you can craft. ( this however only occurs if the server is having a hard time keeping up with ticks )
