Random block stuck on my chest; Can't access E menu or move around hotkeys

Describe the Bug

I'm playing the Medieval Minecraft Modpack (1.20) and one of the main mods I'm playing in it is Minecolonies. I was checking out a building that a villager was making and I clicked on something then suddenly, something appeared on me. My character looks like shes holding a flat block that is constantly ticking to switch models each second and I cant get rid of it. Since being stuck with it, I can't click E, I cant move around or even access my inventory, I can't break/place blocks or open doors, I cant drop anything, and I have this infinite debuff of what looks like a prison chain and ball which makes me move slow (cant remember the correct name). I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it. I've k#lled my character several times, exited, and clicked all sorts of keys on my keyboard, nothings getting rid of it :L

(Note: the third and fourth image is the building after being finished and me showing you which doors they were. At the time they were both closed and had those weird X things over them during construction.)

Reproduction Steps

1. Playing Minecolonies mod and building using the Colonial theme, I was upgrading a farmhouse to level 3.
2. I climbed up the ladder on the right (my right side - me facing the front of the building) to get to the top platform just out of curiosity to look. (Note: this was STILL in the process of being upgraded, it was incomplete.)
3. I look straight to see a pair of double doors overlooking a balcony. On those doors a strange X shaped thing showed up per block. I didn't think anything of it and with the intent to just open the door, I somehow picked up something, now I can't get rid of this weird flat square block that keeps changing textures and is weighing me down and preventing me from being able to access the E menu/inventory.

I managed to catch that X shape I saw on the doors, it appeared as a texture on the block on my chest. I dont know why it was on the doors during construction but the X shape looked a little like this. (At least from my memory I think it looked similar.)

If you can’t place it back down, you should be able to clear with /carryon clear

If you happen to know which block it was, we can blacklist it.
