It seems earlier today, one of the players triggered something possibly and since then the tick rate went from 6 to over 300, rendering the server useless. He initially sent a message saying the server seems to have crashed, and since then the issue has been ongoing.

My specs: Ryzen 7 3700x RTX 2070 OC 48 GB RAM with 10GB for server.
Reproduction Steps
1.Start server 2.Overloaded and tick rate can be a couple dozen thousand ms or 300ticks+ behind
