We should be able to update a bot users program on a simple way.
Maybe we could provide updates online with different importance online.

Importance's:

High - The Bot won't start without an update
Recommended - A massive message that the bot user hast to update
Normal - A small message for the bot user that there would be an update

If we stay on github, we could put a file with the version history in a seperate branch and the Bot compares its version with the ones in that file. Then, the bot would see that there would be updates with Minor / Security / Breaking changes and display that accordingly
