I will think of a name.
Here are some criteria´s we should look for:
WowBot
SuperBot
AwesomeBot
StreamerBot
YourBot
SunnyBot
DailyBot
GoodBot
LunaBot
SweetBot
BigBot
LittleBot
HelpBot
WowBot
Sounds like a Word of Warcraft Bot
SuperBot AwesomeBot YourBot SunnyBot DailyBot GoodBot BigBot LittleBot HelpBot StreamerBot SweetBot
I think these are a little silly, or just don't have any personality
LunaBot
This, on the other hand might be something. Maybe if we create a matching theme around that name? Some kind of Eclipse, or a Crescent Moon icon?
Luna is the Latin name for the Moon. This means we could have a dark theme with a moon in our Logo. I like the idea very much. And! my cat's name is luna too.
I will do some research later. @CapCalamity do you know how we can get LunaBot.com
? It's registered but not in use.
Before we jump the gun, i think we should first consider different ideas.
Maybe something akin to the whole Moon / Luna theme.
What about Robotics or Technology as a Whole? It is a Bot after all, we could make it look like a Robot or something like that...
It would be great if we could have some personality in our Logo. People love mascots!
I like the first Logo the most. May we can have a circle with moon structure on it but with a cog form. Then we cut 1/4 from down off and write the name under the moon, like in the second Logo you posted, and write LunaBot there.
I kinda like the idea of the lunabot, but i do agree that there are other posibilitys with the bot theme. How do you think about: -Walle -Bastion (in regards to Overwatch) -Row-bot or ro-bot
Those images i linked were just to give a general idea what of what i meant. Of course we cannot use these, or Wall-E / Bastion due to copyright.
But when we create our Logo we can aim for that kind of asthetic if we would want.
Twitch => Zucken http://www.dict.cc/englisch-deutsch/twitch.html Im no designer, but could we create some kind of hyperactive, caffeine driven, eye-twitching robot to represent our Bot?
I did some research and noticed that we can not use
iBot
as name of the bot. Has someone ideas how we could name the bot? (Specially: @SupremeVoid & @BHeyers)You can post all names you think of, I will do the research after and comment accordingly.
