Create a base layout for the GUI with which we could work in future.

Considering we stay with WPF

Which style do we want to use?
I think we basically have these options:

• Native - Basic WPF
  • + In-line with the rest of the Windows Ecosystem
  • + Easier to keep a consistent style
  • - Can be boring
• Metro - Mahapps
  • + In-line with newer Windows Ecosystem
  • + We stand out
  • - Harder to keep consistent style
• Material - MaterialDesignInXamlToolkit
  • Same as Metro
  • +- Very Unique Design on Windows

I think the choice depends on how unique we want the UI to be, WPF being the least, Material the most, Metro somewhere in between.
