We need a system in the Bot that checks for a local licence and checks it against one of our server if it is valid.

For this we need to have the following Systems:

Server-Side Software to check Licences against a database of Users and propably some additional Metadata
Modules inside the bot need to check against the Validity of the Licence
Forwards to some form of Registration
A format for Licences
