ci: deploy to gh-pages #48

This PR will automate GitHub Actions to deploy with GitHub Pages like in this fork : https://bioub.github.io/Mario-Kart-3.js/

To set the project, go to Settings / Pages and select the source Github Actions :

Then in the About Panel of the repository click on the settings wheel and check the "Use your GitHub Pages website" checkbox :

Your URL should be https://lunakepio.github.io/Mario-Kart-3.js/
