Add /lunarclient command to check if a player is using Lunar Client.
Changes:
Other than adding the LunarClient command, I made some small improvements to the Apollo command system which included adding a respected implementation for each platform (e.g. BukkitApolloCommand) which implements a method for handling a player argument easily.
