Transferring money through Ez-link (Monetary) #7

Since I am a student that 16 years old and does not own a bank account, I wish there is another feasible way for me to transfer a large sum of money to people of the same age group as I am. With a feature that allows me to transfer money to my friends through Ez-link, I do not have to worry about carrying big sums of money.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Class attribute includes: User Account, User's account balance, Transaction log, Payees.
  2. The payer input user information of a new payee to make transaction.
  3. After transaction is made, payer and payee will be alerted.
  4. After adding information about the new payee, the new payee will be saved in a list of payees that the payer had made transaction to before.
