Mythril weapons don't support certain enchantments #2

In the wiki it says that the Concuss enchantment can be put on the Mythril Scythe, but in the actual mod you can't put it on any sort of scythe

It also says thundering can be put on both mythril hammer and halberd but you can't put it on the hammer

There is also a mistake in the wiki, the determined enchantment wiki it should say that "determined is a chestplate only enchantment" but it says panicked instead of determined (perhaps a leak??? :D)

Thanks for the bug reports lately! I can fix those as soon as I get home, and considering both of the bugs you've put in are on the curseforge page, ill be putting a new version of 1.6 out with a quick fix later today. As for Thundering, it must be a mixin issue from when I moved the mod to Mojang Mappings. I'll also fix that later today. As for Panicked, it used to be the name for Determined, but then it changed so drastically, I changed it to Determined. Panicked may be used in the future however, since I have a few cool ideas for maybe a optional addon mod with Trinkets in the future.
