Changes

remove unnecessary lunarvim options
remove nvim-dap-virtual-text since nvim-dap-ui is now built into lunarvim
disable stopOnEntry in dap configuration so the debug session starts immediately

@ChristianChiarulli This plugin could add a few more features to the existing setup (inlayhints, view ast etc..) clangd_extensions. I can set it up after your green light.

@0x736d I think this is a great idea. I think @ChristianChiarulli will be streaming today in a couple of hours. Also, he leaves all those kinds of choices to the actual contributor, as long as you are willing to work on it if a major release is released, and it includes breaking changes. If you are willing, then go ahead and include it.
