64 bit windows versions are also broken #61

Both the portable and nsis versions fail to launch with the following error:

I have the same issue with latest version, "beta4". I found that previous version, "beta3" does work: https://github.com/Lunarequest/NightPDF/releases/tag/v3.0.0-beta3
