Vines don't rotate #316

I prepared a base design in SP to use on a server (1.12.2). I had to rotate it 3 times to make it fit in the environment, but it seems that the vines stay in their original rotation, unlike other rotatable blocks like stairs.

Is there still an ETA on this being worked on?

I'll see if I can fix this in 1.12 somewhat easily. All of this will have to be reworked in 1.13, due to the flattening of blocks.
