tooltip: tooltip gets stuck open sometimes #2898

Current behavior

Hey team! Lately (past week maybe), in newer web client versions, tooltips have started to get "stuck" from time to time. Hard to describe (and consistently reproduce), but it happens for example in product.lime-crm.com (lime-webclient: "46.1549.0"). Anything you have on your radar?

Ok, now I've kind of found a way to reproduce! Go to product.lime-crm.com Press "Browse" menu and before the tooltip is shown, drag the mouse to the list of limetypes until the tooltip is shown Tooltip is "stuck" until you press (or hover) the "Browse" menu item again

Expected behavior

The tooltip should never show up in these cases.
