Just a small README update with some changes.

One thing I'm not sure about:

Azimuth: do you get an embedding, I thought only a graph. Or are only the projected labels output?

Yes good point about azimuth, it says: "You can download the UMAP (Seurat Reduction RDS), cell type predictions and prediction scores (TSV), and imputed protein (Seurat Assay RDS) from the Downloads tab after mapping." so no embedding it seems. Will adapt
