CatServer Release 20.03.03 Error - Dimension 3 Never Loading #131

Server been running for 9 Hours (https://cdn.fastermc.xyz/1G56vBc) and the server hasn't loaded and people can't connect. https://cdn.fastermc.xyz/IWk3DBM Any way to fix this?

This is a issue relating with the mods I'm using creating a extra dimension.
