Overwriting a file #281

For some reason, the kernel overwrites the library files? Even with the right 444(chmod 444)! Cancel it, I'm tired of it.

Add -Dcatserver.skipCheckLibraries=true to jvm flag

Ok. Should not be forced to do the overwriting!
