[1.12.2] CoreProtect无法rollback已放置的方块 #400

CoreProtect2.14.4使用rollback命令时可以回档被破坏的方块，但是之前放置了的方块并不会消失，catserver版本是a8b73e9 测试paper使用相同的插件放置方块可以进行回档
