Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There should be in the catserver settings to be able to set a blacklist for certain modes, so that it cannot enter the server with them. or to be able to set a whitelist, to be able to enter only in certain ways

and a mod playlist. to see in which ways the players enter the server

I don't want this function to be implemented in CatServer. I can provide you with the API of playerMods. You can create a Bukkit plug-in to implement the corresponding function.
