Describe the bug
If someone dies having a spear from SpartanWeaponri. the spear get infinite dupped, even if the affected player doesn't have it on the inventory.
Expected behavior
The spear does't dupped
To Reproduce
Rlcraft 2.9.3 installed
Get a iron spear
die multiple times.
