话说上回……（？）commons-codec被添加进依赖下载之后似乎并没有被添加进启动classpath 于是下载了但没有加载上qwq

CraftServer里重复创建了ServerScoreboard（MinecraftServer构造方法里已经创建） bukkit和forge会拿到两个不同的ServerScoreboard……
