[1.12.2] Quark crashes the server on startup. #899

Environment

Minecraft 1.12.2. git-CatServer-1.12.2-5a600445 Mods/Plugins:

Describe the bug The server crashes on startup when Quark is present. https://gist.github.com/DesolateIntention/68efad45234a505f3b3ff23a020ea20b

Expected behavior The server does not crash.

To Reproduce Install the listed mods and start the server.
