Define by empty/dummy objects with special names.

Thrusters defined by empty objects in blender, recommended display type "arrow":

thruster_something marks a thruster, pos, direction taken from the empty
thruster_linear_anything marks a linear-only thruster
scale translates into flame size Transforms cannot be animated, pos/dir would not be accurate any more. Rendering is a bit lacking, no secondary flare or directional fade No geometry is shared

Lights defined by navlight_ named objects, currently only red nonanimated lights
