Hi, Thanks for your attention to our work, the data augmentation method used in our paper can be found here. But, I want to point out that extending these data augmentation to nnUNet it's very difficult if you do not modify the code of nnUNet. So, you can use this code in our codebase, it's very easy to use. Best, Xiangde Luo.
