Windows 下, cmd 使用 set 设置环境变量, 如: set GLOBAL_AGENT_HTTP_PROXY=http://127.0.0.1:7890 set GLOBAL_AGENT_HTTPS_PROXY=http://127.0.0.1:7890 set ELECTRON_GET_USE_PROXY=1
