Dying pets cannot be targeted with command selectors #2

Ttitle. This also causes the kill command to not work on dying entities, forcing you to wait if you want to actually remove them. (arguably, the kill command shouldn't even make pets enter the 'dying' state in the first place)

Dying pets are considered dead, so that is probably why command selectors fail. I can probably make kill command on live pet not enter dying state.
