there is no users.html file in _016_forms example

Kindly add the users.html file under _016_forms example. and please make sure that program is getting executed.

users.html is dynamically generated by Users api class and HtmlFormat there wont be a physical file. You can see that http://restler3.luracast.com/examples/_016_forms/users.html renders in differnt style each time you refresh
