I agree with the colour of the ground, and the trees/tulips dying off doesn't remove all of them. The issue with the colour was something I tried to fix, but because of the mapping and because I needed a brown colour for the soil, it seemed that I just couldn't hit that sweet-spot where the colour aws perfekt all the way through. The reason it doesn't go completely back to its original start-colour is because all of the trees/tulips don't die off at once, but only some of them. This was intended to be like that, to show how the system is self-containing :)
Yo. Great work with the trees and tulips. I like the concept of the planting trees and tulips which lives by nutrients of the ground, making the ground less nutrient. Circle of life. Kind of :)
Something confuses me though. From your description i got the feeling that the loop would reset completely when there are no nutrients left in the ground. But the plants are still visible after that + the color of the ground is not the same as the one showing if you refresh the page. I dont know if thats on purpose or not or if there is a secret meaning behind it all. Big ups for using the constructor function. I know it can get really frustrating working on two files at once but it is really worth it at the end!
.. and nice detail with the description on the canvas. It looks smooth color- and style wise.
