[Feature request] Fan hysteresis #22

The ability to set fan hysteresis like in MSI Afterburner would be great to avoid too erratic fan speeds. Without it the fans are constantly overcorrecting as GPU load changes. For example, a 5°C hysteresis would mean that when the fans ramp up, they don't slow down until the GPU has cooled by 5 degrees.

Sounds like a good idea, I'll add this in the near future

Awesome. If you want to make an even better version to Afterburner's, you can make it so the fan spools down percent by percent over a certain time period, instead of instantly going down X degrees. But either way it would be a nice addition.

Is this implemented yet? I've set my fan curve to start spinning from 35 ˚C and what I noticed (watched) was that my fans were spinning down for a moment, then spin up again, because the curve and the actual temps were joggling at that specific boundary :)
