Support for containers tab #186

Use case: I want to keep the cookies only in the container, but delete them whenever i enter that website outside of the container. Cookie Autodelete has this feature, and I think it is quite good. I don't think this is currently possible in Forget me not

This is actually work in progress currently. I thought there was a ticket for this, but it seems not.
