Please have a look at the updated translations for the new UI. They are online to be edited: https://lusito.github.io/web-ext-translator/?gh=https://github.com/lusito/forget-me-not/tree/develop
Currently, only english is complete, all other languages need to be updated. Feel free to suggest improvements for english as well if you find something could be written in a better way.
See https://github.com/Lusito/forget-me-not/issues/67#issuecomment-431952843 for screenshots of the new UI.
What has changed for translations: Rule Names have been updated to be more helpful. Please make sure, that your translated rule names also have this updated naming. To highlight, what character is shown on the badge, you can now mark the character in certain translations. You can see how it's done in the english translation.. for example:
rule_dialog_content:
- **N**ever: No cleaning.
- On **S**tartup: Clean only on browser start.
- On **L**eave: Clean on domain leave and on browser start.
- **I**nstantly: Prevent data from being set, if possible. Otherwise behave like `On Leave`.
...
As you can see, the badge characters (N,S,L,I) have been put between **
to highlight that this is the character that will be shown in the badge.
Buttons are similar, though they only use one *
here:
cleanup_rule_never_button:
*N*ever

I'm on the way finalizing the next version. If you want to translate the changelog and/or update outdated translations, here's your chance: https://lusito.github.io/web-ext-translator/?gh=https://github.com/lusito/forget-me-not/tree/develop
See the above comments for some more information.
The plan is to release at the upcoming weekend unless some serious bug appears. Outdates translations have been replaced with english ones, so if you don't have the time at this moment, you can send them after the release. The next version won't take as long as this one has taken and releasing an update purely for translations can be done quickly.

A new version has just been released. Your knowledge is needed to update the translation files. English is used wherever your translations are missing things.
This will be a topic where I notify translators about changes, so they can update translations

Thanks for all of your continued efforts!
How I update translations:
I usually update all translations by either leaving the new fields out entirely or by using english in your translations, so that when I release, users are still able to see the english version rather than an outdated translated version.
A couple of notes:
It's possible to apply your translations to the extension to see how it looks live without having to wait for a release. Of course, this will only work for the translations that are not entirely new. I will look into how I can best supply you with early versions when these kind of changes appear.
When you open the editor, the entries that need updates should have a red mark at the right side of the edit field.
