Feature Description

Propose adding a system where patients can submit feedback and reviews of their healthcare experience. The feature will include:

Feedback Form: Fields for name (optional), email (optional), rating (1–5 stars), and comments. Review Display: Display approved reviews with ratings, with options for pagination or filtering by date/rating. Moderation: Admin panel for review moderation (approve/reject) and spam prevention (CAPTCHA). Security: Form validation and HTTPS for secure submissions.

Use Case

The Feedback and Review System will significantly enhance the user experience of the project by allowing patients to share their opinions on healthcare services, which in turn can lead to improvements in quality. For patients, this provides a platform to voice their satisfaction or concerns. For healthcare providers, it offers valuable insights into patient experiences, helping to identify areas for improvement.

This feature fosters transparency, builds trust with potential patients, and creates a positive feedback loop for the continuous enhancement of services.
