Working in IE Only #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. this is working in IE browser only

need to work all browsers

Works fine if you upload to a server...

Actually it doesn't work on IE too.

I'm on Windows 8 with IE 11 and Opera 22 and both cannot access local files via 
XMLHttpRequest.

It is posible to run it without uploading on a server with Firefox?
