escript fails to properly load the tagging when loading a gmsh MSH4 file.

Finley can now read gmsh MSH 4.0 and MSH 4.1 files without any errors (including tag information).

Dudley can now read gmsh MSH 4.0 and MSH 4.1 files as well.
